We know that ordering footwear online might seem scary. We want to take away all your concerns about that. We wanted to make sure that there’s no risk for you to try on a pair of our sandals. That’s why we came up with our Worry-Free Guarantee.

If for any reason you find that there is an issue with the quality or construction of your sandals, please let us know. We are dedicated to providing you with the best product and experience possible, and we’ll be happy to help.

General Sandal Return Policies

Return within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked, if your sandals aren’t totally amazing you and changing the way you feel about your feet. Even if you wear them outside, you can still return within 30 days of the date of delivery. The 30 day window starts on the date of delivery. If you postmark the package by the 30th day, we will accept it for a refund. Please note that the shipping costs for all returns must be covered by the customer. In the case of a full refund, the cost of the product itself will be fully refunded but not the original shipping cost paid by customer.

Please note that modifications to your sandals including cutting the laces, trimming the sandal soles, or other modifications that make the sandals unfit for resale will exclude them from our return policy. Trimming TrailStar and Numa laces make them non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please do not trim them unless you will be keeping the sandals. 

If you do not track your return, please note that Shamma Sandals is not responsible for items lost in transit. We’re sure you’ll be satisfied with out guarantee and our sandals – if you have any questions, ask us!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we do not have control over the shipping service that you choose to use - if you are concerned about your return arriving to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as we do not have control of the shipping service that you use.

Regarding replacement and warranty, if any part of the sandals break, please email us at contact@shammasandals.com with photos of the damaged part of the sandals and we will determine if it is a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear. If clearly a manufacturing defect, we will replace the damaged part. If normal wear and tear or broken due to customer's lack of care, we will direct you to our Parts Page where you can purchase individual parts for repair/replacement.

Please include a note in your shipment that includes your name, order number, and a request for a refund.

Sandal Wrong Sizes / Exchanges

If you find that you need a different size, send your pair back to us and tell us what size you would like to change to within 30 days. We will send out your new size as soon as we receive your returned pair in good condition. We will cover shipping out, but you will need to cover shipping the old size back to us. Please note that for to us send out a new sized pair, your old pair will need to be in like-new condition.

When you send your sandals back to us, be sure to include a note stating your name, order number, and reason for return and we’ll take care of your exchange:

Boot Return Policy

Boot Returns:
We accept returns of boots in new condition within 30 days of boot delivery. Return packages can be postmarked on the 30th day from delivery. Boots that are worn or damaged in any way that is not a manufacturing defect will not be accepted for return. 

Boot Exchanges: 

We accept exchanges of boots in new condition within 30 days of boot delivery. Exchange packages can be postmarked on the 30th day from delivery. Boots that are worn or damaged in a way that is not a manufacturing defect will not be accepted for return. Exchanges may have a 3-8 week processing time due to the handmade nature of the boots.
