To return or exchange your sandals, please follow instructions below under "Returns for a Refund" or "Exchanges"
Purchased return/exchange shipping label coverage with your sandals? Please email us at contact@shammasandals.com. We'll send a printable shipping label to you via email. Printable shipping labels are only available if coverage was purchased at the time of original purchase or for eligible warranty/customer service issues.

You can try out your sandals inside or outside for 30 days, worry-free. And in the USA, add on return label coverage at check-out for hassle-free return shipping.
We know that ordering footwear online might seem scary. We want to make sure that there's no risk for you to try on a pair of our sandals. That's why we came up with our Worry-Free Guarantee. You can return or exchange your unmodified sandals in new or gently used condition, no questions asked, if your sandals aren't totally amazing and changing the way you feel about your feet within 30 days. And, now, you can purchase coverage with your sandals to receive a printable pre-paid return or exchange label from us if you need it. So take a walk, go for a run, and let us know if you need any help adjusting your sandals! If for any reason you find that there is an issue with the quality or construction of your sandals, please reach out. Returns for Refund
Send the sandals with your preferred carrier to the address below. Please postmark them within 30 days of the date of delivery to ensure their eligibility for a refund/exchange. Make sure the bottom of the soles are free of mud, dirt and debris and wipe down your laces and footbed with a damp cloth or baby wipe. Include a note in the package with your name, order number, and request for a refund. Please write your first and last name on the outside of the package somewhere, along with the word "REFUND". We process returns once a week. Please let us know if you have any questions!
A note: For most customers considering a return, taking advantage of our 30 day indoor and outdoor trial makes a big difference for your feet! Shamma laces, especially side posts and toe straps, typically take a few days to soften and mold to your feet. Leather straps in our Super collection stretch about 1.5 inches during the break-in period. If you are having discomfort or adjustment issues with any of our sandals, email us at contact@shammasandals.com for some help!
Yard Sale sandals are final sale. If you are having a functionality issue with your yard sale sandals, please reach out to our customer service at contact@shammasandals.com.

Exchanges
To exchange your sandals for a different size or model, you can send the sandals with your preferred carrier to the address below using the instructions below. Be sure to postmark them within 30 days of the date of delivery to ensure their eligibility for an exchange. Make sure the bottom of the soles are free of mud, dirt and debris. Please include a note in the package with your name, order number, and request for an exchange for another size/type of sandal. If there is a price difference or refund, we will send you an invoice or refund you accordingly. Original discounts will apply. Please write your first and last name on the outside of the package, along with the word "EXCHANGE". Once we receive the package, we will get to work on your exchange and send the new sandals out to you. Shipping costs are free in the USA, and will be invoiced to international customers. General Sandal Return Policies
Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Sandals can be returned in new or gently used condition.
Sandals must be free of mud and debris, and packaged in dry condition. See care instructions below. Never leave your sandals to dry in extreme temperatures, direct heat, sunlight or steam.
Basic care: For rubber soles and ultragrip sandals, lukewarm water or windex may be used. For leather footbeds and laces, wipe dust with a dry cloth and we can take care of the rest. Consult our Sandal Care Page or email us for additional instructions.
Please note that modifications to your sandals including cutting the laces, trimming the sandal soles, or other modifications that make the sandals unfit for resale will exclude them from our return policy.
Trimming TrailStar and Numa laces make them non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please do not trim them unless you will be keeping the sandals.
In the case of a full refund, the cost of the product itself will be fully refunded but not the original shipping or international fees paid by the customer.
Yard Sale sandals are not returnable. As factory seconds and gently used sandals, aesthetic flaws and wear are normal. If you are having a functionality issue with your yard sale sandal, please email your concern to contact@shammasandals.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs with your preferred carrier for returning your item unless you have purchased coverage for a return or exchange label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shamma Sandals is not responsible for items lost in transit. If you are concerned about your return arriving to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please file a claim with your carrier if your package was not delivered as it should have been.
Replacement and Warranty
Regarding replacement and warranty, if any part of the sandals breaks, please email us at contact@shammasandals.com with photos of the damaged part of the sandals. We will always replace damaged parts due to manufacturing defects. If a part is broken due to normal wear and tear or lack of care, you can always purchase individual parts for repair/replacements on our Parts Page.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
