We ship international with DDP!

Shamma Sandals gives international customers the option to pre-pay customs and fees using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout. We ship with DHL, either DHL Worldwide Express or DHL Standard, to provide our customers with fast and dependable shipping. When our customers choose DDP, they save themselves the headache and time of unexpected duties and charges before enjoying their sandals. Custom orders and exchanges do not qualify for DDP. Customs, duties, taxes, and shipping costs are nonrefundable, even if sandals are returned.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our take on this is simple. You’re buying footwear – we get it, that’s a risk for you. Shopping online for something you want to try on your feet can be hard – we want to make it easy. All domestic USPS shipping is 100% free. That’s right, it doesn’t cost you a dime. We want you to try these on without a fear in your mind, find the perfect fit, and let your feet taste freedom!

Domestic orders typically arrive anywhere between 2-5 business days from when they ship (after order processing time listed on Product Page and in the order confirmation email) and depending on which method of shipment you choose. For most orders, we typically offer USPS Ground, USPS Priority, and UPS 2 Day. Please also keep in mind that our sandals are made to order and different products have different order processing times.
