We ship international with DDP! Shamma Sandals international customers pre-pay customs and fees at check-out by selecting their preferred carrier so there are no surprise fees. Depending on the destination, you can select DHL Express Worldwide, DHL eCommerce, USPS International, and UPS Worldwide for fast and dependable shipping. Special order sandals and exchanges do not qualify for DDP. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at contact@shammasandals.com!

Customs, duties, taxes, and shipping costs are nonrefundable, even if sandals are returned.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our take on this is simple. You’re buying footwear – we get it, that’s a risk for you. Shopping online for something you want to try on your feet can be hard – we want to make it easy. All domestic USPS Ground shipping for orders over $10 is 100% free. We want you to try these on without a fear in your mind, find the perfect fit, and let your feet taste freedom!

Domestic orders typically arrive anywhere between 2-5 business days from when they ship (after order production time listed on Product Page and in the order confirmation email) and depending on which method of shipment you choose. For most orders, we typically offer USPS Ground, USPS Priority, and UPS 2 Day. Please also keep in mind that our sandals are made to order and different products have different order processing times.
