Pacific Avenue

The Pacific Avenue is the answer to the  flip-flop.  Designed to be the perfect everyday sandal, the Pacific Ave goes from the beach to the bar with ease. Featuring premium leather with a bit of stretch, these sandals are as easy to wear as your classic pair of sandals. Easily slip them on and off hands-free, getting the best of flip-flops with all of the minimalist features you expect from Shamma. Take on the streets in style with the Pacific Avenues!

Sole

The Pacific Avenue: Brown feature an 12mm hybrid Morflex and Newflex sole. These soles provide more material underfoot for greater puncture protection and stability. The Pacific Avenue: Brown models feature an aniline brown leather footbed to match the aniline leather straps. Whether you are a barefoot shoe veteran or just starting out with minimalist footwear, there is a Pacific Ave sandal for you!

Recraftable

Just because you wore a hole in your sandals, it doesn’t mean you have to throw them away! Our modular approach to sandal-making means that worn out parts can be replaced with a pair of pliers at home. Why throw away what you can repair? Visit our parts page to learn more!

The best of all the sandals they make

A fantastic sandal, fits in directly and is the most comfortable of the line, no need to make adjustments for days to get it right, holds my foot perfectly, the leather is soft and really great to wear, they look super good as well, got lots of compliments already. I wish Shamma made the same one with a rubber sole with the same thickness, that would be my beach sandal. Very recommended.

Finally a Barefoot that doesn't look Barefoot

I have been using Shamma for a few years now and wear them 300+ days a year. They have been the best huarache style sandal I have used (and I tried a lot!). Well made and the only issue I have is the tension doesn't hold on the forefoot adjuster and needs to be snugged down regularly. This is not an issue in the Pacifics. I'd love to see a webbing version of the Pacifics (maybe with a fun stripped pattern?) for those of us that live near water.

Great sandals

It’s pretty cold where I live so I haven’t had time to give these the real test. Tried them on and they fit perfectly, just like my super browns. Will wear them all summer for sure. I really like the thicker straps and look. They won’t be as “barefoot” but that’s ok. Bought them because they look more like “normal” flip flops and Shamma had a nice holiday sale. Love that they’re made in USA. The leather feels great, excited to try them out this summer.
