Sole
The Pacific Avenue: Tan feature an 9mm Vibram Newflex sole. These soles provide excellent ground feel while still providing protection from punctures and abrasions. The Tan models feature an aniline Tan leather footbed to match the aniline leather straps. Whether you are a barefoot shoe veteran or just starting out with minimalist footwear, the Pacific Avenues are perfect for you!
Recraftable
Just because you wore a hole in your sandals, it doesn’t mean you have to throw them away! Our modular approach to sandal-making means that worn out parts can be replaced. Why throw away what you can repair? Reach out to our customer service team to learn more!

I recently put my Shamma Pacific Avenue Sandals to the ultimate test by running a 10km event in them, and they completely exceeded my expectations.
The standout feature is the incredible balance of protection and ground-feel. The Vibram Flexsoles provide solid protection from rough terrain, yet you still feel connected and grounded with every step. Beyond their performance, the premium leather gives them a timeless, classy look that's hard to find in minimalist footwear. I received multiple compliments on them mid-run!
These sandals are not just for running; they've quickly become my new everyday minimalist sandals. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing how the leather ages and develops a unique character over time.
Fit is decent and quality seems good. I’ve only had them a week and so I cant judge durability until I wear them out.
Like the idea of these sandals but sole is not durable. Holes in the sole in about 3-4 months, can usually get two summer seasons out of sandals, but not the Pacific Ave in tan
Best handles ever, just purchased two more
I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes since 2018 and have yet to find a barefoot style “flip flop” sandals until Shamma just recently introduced these Pacific Avenue sandals. I have been wearing them all summer and they are extremely comfortable. They look like a normal flip flop from the front with nice tan leather. And the back strap is covered by pants adding to a “normal” look. I personally don’t mind when anyone does notice the back strap though anyway as walking in these naturally without having to curl my toes feel so nice. And the thickness is on par with being minimalistic without standing out as too thin and odd looking. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a barefoot style sandal that looks better than the competition!
