Pretty good

I had bought the warriors soles-only on 2 separate occasions and was unhappy because of how quickly they wear out on urban surfaces. Used only for walking, the warriors soles would get holes in them within 4 months of continuous wear! So switching to the chargers soles, I’m certain they will last much longer! Only drawback is the lesser “barefoot” effect. Truthfully it would be better for you guys to develop your own soles of similar quality to gold standards like Vivobarefoot, or to find someone to partner with who can provide that level of quality. Vibram material is just not meant to last. But here’s to hoping these chargers will at least last for a while. I do certainly enjoy the replaceable parts feature you enable for these sandals.

Soles Only: Elite Chargers

Ordered to replace the soles on my warrior elites, which wore through at the big toe after 850 or so KM's, mostly on tarmac.
The strap swap over was really quick and easy, and setting up was really quick, as the straps had kinks in them, making it super simple to get up and running.
I ordered the same size replacement Charger soles, as the Warriors I originally ordered, and the fit was perfect.
The soles are made of a denser material than I expected, however I really like them, and they are comfortable to stand on.
They are actually fantastic for running on the street, and after about 100KM's. they have moulded to my feet, and stay really stable and in place when running.
Over all I think Shammas soles and strap system are really great, and being to replace worn out soles is brilliant.
Very happy.

Charger soles

I replaced my Warrior soles with the Chargers sole and they have definitely lasted longer, albeit with less barefoot feel. The Warrior soles wore too quickly for me to justify the better ground feel. I agree with Andrew, find an alternative similar to Vivobarefoot - their products have incredible longevity. But also thank you for letting us buy replacement parts to help reduce waste.
