Company as a whole is totally awesome. The design of the sandal was actually way too bulky for me personally. But I found my own way of modifying the sandals and I really do love them!

You can teach an old goat new tricks.

Just purchased a pair of old goats, very comfortable, the leather strap is as sof as I’d hoped. I’m still getting the lacing just right after about 5-7 times wearing them, they need a bit more adjustment then my mountain goats did, but I’m certain I will get them dialed in and they’ll be comfortable for a few years to come.

These weren’t for me, but we’ll made and great service

I love my Super Brown’s foot bed, molds to me feet, but super dense like other soaking materials, it’s just perfect. I was looking for something thicker for days when I’m on concrete all day, so I ordered these. Beautifully well made, just as expected. The footbeds unfortunately weren’t what I was looking for, I don’t think they will mold over time due to the outsole layer. I had to return them, and I had great customer service from Shamma. Thanks!

All I've worn since I got them...

and after four weeks I like them best of all the sandals I own. I'm 70 so I chose the old goats for the extra cushion and aggressive traction. The single strap lacing is especially attractive. The leather on the straps and footbed is super soft and they have molded to my feet. Very comfortable. I wear them snug and have needed to adjust the straps a bit each day, but it only takes a moment and ensures a perfect fit. No trouble with heel slippage. For anyone interested in this type of footwear, I don't see how you can go wrong with these. Thanks Shamma! Nice work.

    Leather Huaraches

These are sweet, just enough cushion while still being about as minimalist as possible without cutting the hide yourself and twisting up some yucca rope. They’re super comfortable, I wish the actual toe strap part was leather too but I have a feeling it’s not for a reason so I can’t complain too much. The best part is when my foot is sweaty it doesn’t slide around like on bedrocks or similar. They stick to one spot and I hope that over time I’ll get some nice molded foot beds for extra comfort. Super happy with the purchase, would buy a second pair right now for backups.
