Very good sandal

I am a 6’5” 250 pound tenderfoot. That is, I never walk without foot coverings, even in the house or on sand. I do hike a lot off trail, in trail runners, however. I got these as “camp shoes” and would never use them to hike in. They work really well for me as camp slippers and provide a good amount of protection for the bottom of my feet. I’d use these in town in a pinch. My size 13 Elite Maximus sandals weigh about 11 oz. Not bad, but if I had to do it again, I would get the lighter Weight Warrior model.

Purchased these as my first shamma sandals. I still need to mess around with the straps to get them to fit perfectly, but thus far I'm really enjoying them. I've taken them out to do my Sunday grocery run and had no issues.

Not only would I definitely buy again, but I did! When the Warriors Maximus was in my size in the Yard Sale, I snapped them up as a back up pair for when my current pair wears out (but I don’t see them happening any time soon!) Love these for their incredible grip, great ground feel, and comfortable strapping system. And Shamma service is always the best!
