Our Cruzers lacing system uses a streamlined nylon lacing system that is easy to adjust and control. Utilizing the Powersleeve, this lacing system keeps its proper shape so it never slides around on the foot. Our custom-made webbing is durable, silky smooth, and extremely comfortable on the foot. Like all of our lacing systems, the Cruzers lacing system is fully adjustable to every foot so you can get the perfect fit.

Combined with various color choices for the nylon webbing and connector, you can make the exact design you want. All Cruzers are made to order based on your specifications right here at our Santa Cruz CA workshop.

I love these sandals the leather feels so soft on my feet. My only complaint is the leather is very slippery when they get wet.

The fit is very good and it’s a comfortable sandal until I start walking. The Vibram sole is just too hard. It hurts my feet after a very short time.
SpainGood but they stain the feet
There was a mistake in one of the models but they sent me other ones free of charge. The sandals are comfortable but the ones my daughters wear stain their feet if they get a little wet. The ones with brown soles not so much, but the ones with black soles leave their feet completely black. I don't think this should happen with leather sandals. I have been suggested a treatment to avoid it, we will see if it works. Customer service is being really good.

Minimalist lifestyles have always been part of my journey. As a young kid, I was in flip flops all the time; during adolescence it was sandals. Fashionable was my reality as a young adult; functional is my new found joy. Regardless of the period of my like, closer contact to the ground led me to more fulfilling walks and an overall symbiosis with nature. A quest for simplicity kept me searching for products that combined thin long-lasting materials with protection from cuts, bruises, bumps and scratches on the ground. And my last stop were aquatic footwear where toes were separated in a multi-functional minimalistic experience. I thought I had found my ultimate solution... until I heard of your product. One day while in line awaiting my Saturday cappuccino, I looked down and saw someone in front of me with a pair of Cruzer Builders. Sleek, appealing design, simple, functional... WOW. What are those sandals. I've seen versions before, but they're so thin. My eyes were glued to their feet with one of those kid-in-a-candystore looks on face. I saw in real time what I wanted on my feet. "Let me guess, you're super satisfied, right?" I asked. "I live in these sandals", was the answer. "I"m getting a pair now. What are they again?" And there you have it folks, I ordered my first pair of Shamma sandals - Cruzer Builders - minutes later. For anyone who might not understand this minimalist sandal concept, it's a spiritual thing, a body thing, an personal experience where even though I lead with my heals when I walk, my knees don't hurt, neither do my ankles or any area of my legs. My feet are ingeniously protected from the perils of the sidewalk, street, gravel paths or any surface for that matter. In short, I can wander aimlessly or journey purposefully and the enjoyment of breathing fresh air, experiencing my surroundings, appreciating my life is therapy that is never compromised by discomfort of my footwear. l like to wear my Shamma products, everywhere, anywhere. It's my new life journey, one amazing step at a time.

These are cool sandals, but the hard plastic on the bottom is really uncomfortable when walking on any semi hard surface. The website said that it would be fine, but I guess my feet are different than most or something. They're still worth the saving in weight, since I'm using them for backpacking. Also, "sedona red" is definitely orange, it looks very different than it does online. Three stars because I was misled by the website
