Select your plug size based on the base sole thickness of your sandals.
Base sole thickness=stack height - lug height
Small: Warrior
Medium: Maximus, Ibex
Large: Alpha, Omega
Please note that our Charger, All Brown, and Super Browns soles are not compatible with the earthing kits unless a canyon is created in the sole using a basic skiving tool or a paddle bit. If a canyon is not created, the barb will stick out of the sole too far.
